Restart after Shutdown

So I got my lovely New skylake pc sorted came to time to go bed and shut the pc down and after about 4 seconds it just reboots

 

I've tried everyfix on the internet....

 

Yet if I hold the power button it shuts down and doesn't restart, I can't do that everytime I want to shutdown the pc 

 

Can anyone help?

Try unplugging USB devices before shutting down. Could also try shutting pc down, turn off psu and unplug it, after that is done hold the pc power button for a few seconds. After all that plug the psu in again, turn it on than turn your pc on and try.

I've literally just fixed it! It was the bloody reset switch wires! I unplugged them and pc is fine now
