Yes it all depends on the internal headers of the motherboard and that board will have the needed USB 3.0 and audio headers.

Alright, so I want to replace my motherboard in my Corsair c70 case. I have a Corsair c70 case and I want to install an Asus z97-a case. I just needed to know if it would fit. Thanks.

Motherboard: Asus Z97-a/USB 3.1

Case: Corsair c70 military green case

System - AMD A10 6700, Nvidia gtx 770, 8gb DDR3, 1TB, Razer Anansi (want to upgrade), Razer Taiwan (want to upgrade)

Yes.  ATX mid towers have support for ATX boards.
