Mic in skype

Hey im using the astro a40s pc editions and i was wondoring why my voice sounds bad when talking to other people when hearing it from their skype, but when i do an echo sound test my voice is crystal clear, whenever i skype and talk and hear my voice playback from their skype it sound super bad why?

my net is decently fine.

Maybe it's the receiver's connection?
