Computer froze and crashed and now won't turn back on

Mew

My computer just crashed while I was watching Netflix and then crashed and now it won't turn back on. I've double checked all the cables and connectors but it still won't turn back on. I took off the side panel and noticed that the power button is lit when connected to power so that indicates the power supply is supplying power and the motherboard I'd receiving power. I've removed my 970 in order to isolate that but, still no good.

Edit: specs are in profile

Edit 2: running all stock settings so it's not a failed overclock

Netflix and chill, when computer decides to chill.

But really, so no display without the gpu? Does it post at all? Presumably the Mobo.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

Doesn't post or turn on at all. When I press either the power button on the motherboard or the casecase, nothing happens.

Unplug the computer and hold the power button for a few seconds. Plug it back in and try again.

You can also try removing the CMOS battery while it's unplugged

Oh yea I forgot to mention that I resented the bios using the clear cmos button. I'm gonna try jumping the psu to see if the psu is actually dead, although i dont expect a seasonic psu to be that poor.

Edit

OK jumping the power supply proved that the power supply is working fine; thankfully my psu doesn't have a 0 fan mode so I know when it's on.

I guess my mobo abruptly died since everything points to it atm.

Update: Submitted ticket to MSI. Time to evaluate their service.

Update 2: Swapped to my old P55/i5 750 board and it works.
