Hey my system specs are:

I5 2320 4 cores 3ghz

Gtx 960 strix factory oc 2gbvram

Bad 6gb ram

I can run bf4 on very high i think on 65-90fps+

Get 2 more GBs or a new 4x2 or 1x8 kit and easily a mixture of med-high

You cant do very high. I have GTX 760 (previous gen of Nvidia cards) and i can play on high with stable 60fps. You are not aiming for stable fps, so u are gona be fine.
