This is from the early 2000's (i.e. 2000 ~ 2003 ?).

Back in the day, Broadband was still completely new technology. Dial-up was basically the ONLY way to get internet...

(I used NetZero dail-up back in the day  :ph34r: )

This reminds me of when comcast told me my internet was "too fast" AKA 90 down 20 up.
