I have a Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower with a rather large side window, however it's extremely dirty and I was wondering what would be the easiest and most effective way to clean it without risk of damaging the window

Take it off first and then use Windex and a paper towel.

Windex and toilet paper, then go over it with a coffee filter to get rid of those little toilet paper specks. Just test the coffee filter or a microfiber rag in the corner first, I hear the side panel window is easy to scratch so you might leave tons of little scratches.

Windex has harsh chemicals which can make the acrylic cloudy. I really just use filtered water and a micro fiber cloth.

I tried to use Windex to clean my case window, it wasn't really cloudy unless I put too much on. Your suggestion is the best way.
