Looks like it depends which kind of stock cooler you have

What do you mean stock fan? Stock Intel heatsink (Then no)? Stock AMD heatsink (Maybe)?

Its an AMD CPU, (a10-5700) but the heat sink and fan on top of the heat sink are two different components that are separately screwed on. Can you use the case fan to replace that fan on top of the heat sink? 

My motherboard is the

Just going by Google image searches, so long as the stock fan is 80mm, then sure. I won't offer a guarantee though.
