Is it enough to maintain power to these parts?

MoBo: MSI Z170 Krait Gaming

GPU: EVGA GTX970 SSC 1342 MHz 4 GB 256Bit GDDR5 ACX 2.0

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 8GB DDR4 3200

Storage: WD Caviar Blue TB

             Samsung 850 EVO 120GB

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212x CPU Cooler
