Just got the rest of the parts for my loop, I'm wondering if I should use the sysprep that came with my Advanced LRT. I will be using mayhems pastel, so I'm weary of throwing off the pH level. Will be doing several flushes with distilled regardless. Good idea to use the stuff?

What exact type of LRT are you using?

Edit: Ok I just double checked, Pastel coolant is fine for use with Primochills Advanced LRT, You want to avoid Pro LRT & Tygon.

I'd do it. Whatever helps. Especially the rads tend to have junk in them. Whatever those tiny bits of metal from welding are called and sometimes powder from the painting and even dust. Do it in the bench so that you can reverse the flow direction between runs.

If your parts are all brand new I wouldn't worry as much, personally I run pastel and didn't use that, just flushed everything clean, but it doesn't hurt, just be sure to have an extra jug or two of distilled water to mix and flush it all back out.

Looks at all the shit going on with Mayhems pastel. Well Id use a different liquid in the first place.

I'd already bought it before all that went down (and I'm not the type to let internet drama stop me ;])

Thats mainly because of bad pr with jayztwocents not buying there stuff. What are the metals in your loop?

Lets see, The rads are both HWL black ice nemesis (So brass I think?), cpu block is Watercool Heatkiller IV (Copper), gpu block is Alphacool Nexxos (Can't find it rn, but I'm pretty sure it's nickel-plated copper) & the fittings are mostly phobya nickel plated, with a couple of xspc & ek (both black chrome). From what I've read, should be fine together.

You may have some issue with the copper cpu block otherwise it is probably okay.
