Best Graphics card for 100-250 Dollars

It is good but I would recommend a EVGA Geforce GTX 950 (either FTW or the OC version) you can get them from EVGA's website or NewEgg for around $159 - $189 depending on model.

If you're in the US then a $250-270(using $50 off promo code) 390 or 970 from jet dot com is the best card you can get in your price range. They also have lower end cards. The promotion is first time buyers can get %20 Off up to $50 total.
