Delay when typing "@"

Hi I don't know what to look for, I am experiencing a delay only when I type the "@" I thought it was my old Microsoft keyboard so I got myself a brand new Logitech g710+ and the problem is still there and this is annoying to say the least. Do someone have an idea ?

System :

Asus z97-k

Intel i5 4670k oc at 4.3ghz

Asus gtx 970 strix

240gb hyperx 3k ssd

3tb wd green storage drive

8gb hyperx fury 1866 ram

Windows 10 64bit french.

do you get that only in browsers or certain applications?
can you try it in notepad ---> Win+R --> notepad --> Enter --> @@@@@@@@

also try it in the run window: Win+R---> @@@@@

try it in control panel --> keyboard (there should be a textbox for testing)

 

try a different keyboard layout: Control Panel --> Languages
