Hey guys, So I got a ton of recommendations from my other post and I just wanted to know what you guys think of this build. I'm not planning to overclock anytime soon so this is just basically a simple build with no overclock or fan stuff or temperature and everything. Tell me what you guys think about it, I'm open to any suggestions :) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X3GdBm My budget is $1200-$1230

hmmm okay, I'm not really sure how to overclock but I'll look into it. Thank you man.

Its not too difficult there are plenty of tutorials and It just means you can keep your speed up with an extended period of time. I also didn't see a CPU cooler in your build I would highly recommend one instead of using stock one. Cooler Master 212 Evo is a common and good one.

Do I need a cpu cooler in my build? I'm not really running much unless I REALLY need it, It's a hassle trying to install the CPU cooler, i'm legit the noobest builder on this planet and yeah...

I see, I'm not really looking for a 16gb because I think it may be too much, but the cpu? is it better?

Well if you are planning on gaming on it it does keep the temperatures down and at a more comfortable level but the stock ones do work fine, but I do always recommend getting an after market cooler

Barely any difference in performance between the 6500 and 6600. 16GB is overkill for gaming. XFX PSUs are much more reliable and its cheaper.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Pleeeeese don't get a sapphire card. I have had terrible experiences with their cards and I wouldn't want anyone else to suffer through their truly atrocious customer service.

Seems good. There are a few places where you can save on cost. Assuming you're in the US, you can save ~$50 on your graphics card choice by ordering from jet dot com (if it's your first time placing an order).  Just checked, they have a 319.99 r9 390 card so that'd run you 270 or a little less if you waived the return fee. Issue is that jet is slow on delivery/fulfillment - like 10-14 days from the time you order.
