Room Temperature

I'd like to get few suggestions on how to make our newly renovated room cooler.

It's a small room. The floors are made up of tiles. 1 side of the room is the side of the bldg meaning it's concrete.

The other 3 sides are just divided by Ply wood.

 

Our beds are double deck. I am at the top and my brother on the lower deck.

 

I hope the community can also help me think on how to make our room cool with low budget.

If there's a bang for the buck aircon maybe I can save money to afford. Hehe.

I am planning to paint the room gray, will that do good in cooling as well?

 

I am from Philippines btw.. Average temps around 32-35°C I think.

The biggest change I could enforce was proper air circulation.

The color of interior walls will have no effect of the temperature. Really fans of air conditioning are the only reliable way too cool your room.
