[Help]Which fan solution for c70

HectorF

So I filled my c70 with 10 fans and now I put them from molex to a sata powered 1-8 hub and its still loud at 77db at the loudest part on the fans, is it a good idea to get a sata power resistor somehow or get some quiet fans with a fan controller built in

Pics or diagrams of how it's set up please.

I would run them on the 5 or 7 volt rails rather than the 12 volt if that's what you're doing.

Also, what fans are these?

...lastly, why do you need that many fans?

Sig under construction.

how did you fit 10 fans in a corsair c70? also i would recommend getting a fan controller so you can control exactly how fast they are going

With the HDD cages installed, the only likely setup I can think of is 4 in the front, one on the bottom, two on the side panel, two up top, one in the rear. That's assuming he doesn't have an air cooler, either.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

Are all the fans pwm and have you adjusted their fan speeds?

I used a 1-8 pwm hub which helps and it is very slightly adjustable but still always loud
