GTA V Video Problems

reapersivan

SO I have an FX 6300 and an R9 390 and I was playing GTA V, I set most the things on Very High and put grass, rendering distance, population settings to very low, because my CPU can't handle it much. I was playing all stable and was playing as Trevor. I switched to Michael and then my colors went all weird! White, green blue and it was all messed up. My temps were all fine, GPU was at 68C and well this randomly happened. Any idea what can be the issue?

gave you restarted the game

I have and it works fine now. It's happened like 3 times. It works fine in safe mode, but once I ignore the safe mode, I usually get problems. My whole screen and map glitches out

Restart the game. GTA 5 can get finicky at times on some PCs.

sorry about that. I quickly uploaded it and forgot to rotate. Any idea what it could be? The ram usage seems to be high. Almost all my 8gbs

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache (assuming it's a Steam version you've got)? That's usually the first thing I do when games behave like they shouldn't.

It basically checks all the local game files against those on the Steam servers, to make sure there's no corrupted files or other errors anywhere. You do it by right-clicking on the game, going to Properties, clicking the Local Files tab, and then clicking Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
