11/10 would not recommend an AiO for 60 USD. It's not worth getting an AiO over a more expensive air cooler if it's less than 240mm.

Intel Core i7-6700K | Corsair H105 | Asus Z170I PRO GAMING | G.Skill TridentZ Series 16GB | 950 PRO 512GB M.2

Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB STRIX OC | BitFenix Prodigy (Black/Red) | XFX PRO Black Edition 850W

I put a Kraken X31 in my Spec-01. You can't go any bigger with the spec-01 or you have to remove the HDD bay. I can't even put a rad on top of the case because my Corsair Vengeance gets in the way.

If you absolutely need a budget AIO for your own personal tastes, H55 or Seidon 120v v2 are your best options. Perhaps even an x31 if possible.

I would recommend getting heatsinks for that price range though for pure performance.

Your case is very compact and unlikely to fit that cooler inside, Corsair on the website doesn't put the case as compatible with it unless you want to take the risk, so I would just get an air cooler since your case may not fit any 240mm AIO which are the only coolers worth getting for an Mid Tower case imo
