Tiny Celeron enough for basic file server and NAS

I have recently seen some fairly cheap mITX mobos with an integrated Celeron J1900, and I want a server for backing up my main rig and to listen to music from. I was wondering if this would have enough processing power to run 2 or 3 drives 24/7?

Yes it would be fine.  Most NAS's run Atoms.

Yes when I first started I used a i3 3220T which is a low power dual core i3.  Worked fine for 5 drives.  Need 8 cores now because of VMs.
