Need help with budget build

Sgtmuffinbuns

I've recently acquired an Intel i5-2500 3.3 Ghz cpu from a friend and i want to build a budget pc with it. The main use of the pc will be playing games such as fallout 4 (with mods), skyrim, and bioshock at decent enough fps. I am not looking to spend too much because this pc will be used until i gather enough money for a better pc i am working towards. At which point this will become a NAS. I have built a list i think is decent but im not sure if there are better options to be had. im trying to keep the cost as low as possible for decent settings. The max budget is around $400. Any suggestions?
