GTA 5 Mods allowed?

So I've nearly completed GTA 5 single player and I was wondering if GTA Mods on SP are allowed (Not Online, just SP) and will I get banned if I import mods into the game? If not, then can you guys suggest me a good website to get GTA 5 SP mods?

I think you will only get banded if you are online

no you wont get banned for modding SP and a lot of mods won't even get yu banned if you have them installed and go online but i wouldn't risk it, i know because i've used the portal gun mod online and some others. the mod doesn't work but you dont get banned. but if you have a trainer umm online you should get banned.

 

 

but singleplayer you can use any mod and be 100% fine.

 

it would be dumb to ban fro modding on single player that would just make no one buy your game.

no im saying i have played online with some mods like the portal gun mod, the RP mod, texture mods, graphical mods. but mods like spawn menus and stuff might get you banned. to be safe dont go online with mods but if its just graphical impronte mods i know those are 100% safe to use online. rockstar used to ban any mod used online but now i think they just have some blacklisted or maybe actions blacklisted like if you try to give yourself money or ammo online via a trainer it will ban you

I have two save files on my harddrive, I just move them around each time I want to switch from online to modded and back to online. It requires quite a bit of storage, but it takes 0 time to move the folders as they are on the same drive, and steam picks up whatever game is in the steam folder.

 

There is a mod organizer (forgot what it is called) that will allow you to disable the mods, but only certain mods (not all), so I just do it seperate folders to avoid getting banned.
