Hey all,

I picked up a used Saitek X52 however there is a bunch of sticky residue and gunk all over the stick and no matter how hard I try to clean it off, nothing I have tried has worked (mainly WD-40 and Alcohol).

I'm thinking of just counting my loss and buying a new stick. Would you guys recommend the T-Flight Hotas X or would it wiser to just spend the extra on a X55 Rhino? I'm also looking to getting into to flight sims like FSX and I'm wondering which would suit both needs the best.

Any feedback would a appreciated.

He probably got it at a thrift shop since he said it had sticky residue on it. Therefore he wouldn't have proof of purchase and it could be out of warranty.
