Is it good gpu for these games? GTA V H1Z1 maybe CS:GO and more of the same type.

How many fps can i get with this gpu in these games?

Depends on which R7 you're talking about.

For CSGO and H1Z1 it will be fine.

GTA V on the other hand will range from 40-60 FPS depending on the settings. (This is for the R7 370)

What will be better for the same price? or a little more expensive

id save up because spending so little money on a gpu often gets you a worse price performance ratio than spending more

So what do you recommend for me and for GTA V and H1Z1 in medium settings

well id probably get something like a 380 if your on a budget

a 750ti could do that but it wont be viable for nearly as long

GTX 950 is the lowest you should go for reasonable price to performance. They're $150, but immensely more powerful than an R7 250.

If you absolutely must stay at the $100 price range, look for a GTX 750 Ti on sale. It's way more powerful than an R7 250.
