Is there any recommendation to replacing a CPU COOLER from my ML110 server since the original cooler is very loud and annoying ...

What CPU? The server has multiple choices of CPU'S that use different sockets.

Take a look at a Cryorig C7. Its as short as the stock cooler, cheap, and cools ~20% better.

It seems to use socket 1155. Meaning that you can use any cooler that fits with case and ram.
