PC freezing

Okay so I made a post about this a few days ago and then it was freezing like every 5 minutes

 

Now I refreshed my PC made sure all my drivers were installed (I'm pretty sure) and now it takes like 1-2 hours for it to freeze now. My cpu temps and rest are

I had a freezing issue a while back, does it happen more when under load or gaming? If so then it sounds very like my issue, and my issue was that my CPU was overheating, what cooler do you have?
