Quicker SSD?

Can't really make it quicker.. But you can prevent it from becoming slower. Don't save files on it that you save very often: Like if you're a developer, don't save the html, or whatever files you guys work with, on the SSD. Friend of mine told me that constantly changing the files on an SSD wears it down faster.
