Best PC for $800 - $850 CAN w/ windows ?

So I have this friend who is my best friend since grade 3, he wants to start getting into PC gaming with me. I thinking about building him a $800 PC $850 MAX, it MUST! include windows. The GPU (and CPU) must be good enough to handle arma 3, csgo, borderlands, warframe, and a bit of minecraft (honestly any will run it aha). It will be nice if had an SSD but I will be willing to give it up for better GPU/CPU horsepower. I do not think he will be doing OC anytime soon.
