Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

 

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.

When I was playing battlefield 4 on ultra on my power color 380 with my Amd FX6300 the gpu temps are 72 degrees celcius is this safe my pc gets so loud too

Nope.  What's your fan speed?  Powercolor has a meh cooler so I'd expect temps like that.  80C+ is considered warning zone.  I consider anything above 86C bad.

That temp is fine. my 390X runs at around 70C when I've got a heater run in the room (non-insulated room)
