Computer wont boot

when i try to boot up my laptop i get screen that gives me 2 options. "launch startup repair" (this does nothing it just brings me back to the same screen. and "start windows normally" (which also just brings me back to the same screen. It says "windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause" and also says "the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible" please help?

Did you try to boot in Safe Mode?

doesnt boot in safemode either

Did you actually made any HW changes in the laptop?

nope. it did it before but after clicking start windows normally it booted up. and the time after that it just took a few clicks of start windows normally to boot. now it wont boot at all

Do you have recovery CD?

 

Or Make a bootable Windows Installation media and repair it?

thats what im trying now. im doing windows 10 though (it had windows 7 on it) because i cant find a windows 7 download

Torrent it.

 

It's not illegal.

 

Activating using Windows Loader or Cracking is illegal.
