Change the 5820k with the new i7 6700k it will save you some money and won't help so much in games.

But the extra cores of the 5820k would help if this is a render box or something.

I am actually thinking about doing that but I am not sure sice I will be doing a lot of content creation and rendering:)

Keep the 5820k. Change the PSU out for something less expensive from tier 1 or 2 on this list (http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-psu-ranking-and-tiers/) and go for 550-650W if you don't plan to SLI/xfire in the future.

The i7 6700k will be more than enough to rendering things.

Skylake is still overpriced right now. It's smarter to get a 5820k.

Where i live the Skylake is cheaper and it's still more furture proof.

No such thing as future proof. Get the CPU that offers the best performance for the lowest price. In game that's the 6700K, everywhere else it's the 5820k.

So only you know where the priority is.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Can you recommend a good 980ti or is the gigabyte good?

I don't know much about NVidia card makers.. I hear a lot about the EVGA and MSI ones.. do further research though, and Try to use the vendors that offer a game at the purchase of an Nvidia card
