Can you try with the other fans see if it happens?

no sadly I have not got the old fans anymore buts its the same cooler just different fans

Try turning on the computer without a CPU cooler installed. I know many people are going to disagree with me when I say do this but it should be fine to do for only a few seconds (if the computer POSTs immediately turn it right off) . The CPU cooler could be causing a short somewhere and by removing it we are simplifying the boot process.

and now i'm even more worried as not even removing the cooler plugs does anything it still wont post!

Make sure the thermal paste you are using is not conductive and is touching the motherboard in places it shouldn't.

It could be causing a short...
