For the R4 I would probably go for a CM Seidon 240m just because it has a bigger radiator. But I would probably spend a little bit more to buy a h100i.

If not try save a little bit more for a H220 or as said above the H100i

If you are looking for Asetek design, try LQ310 from zalman. Believe or not, this review says same performance as H100. and it's cheap..

Or you may try Silver Stone's or Zalman's new aio, they both claim using different technology.
