My 5400 RPM 2.5' drive gets 100-110 xD

Why are you running windows off a usb 2.0 flashdrive

I'm not, it's my Seagate laptop HDD xD (I've had it this way for almost a year and I'm finally getting an SSD again)

that's because it has a single small platter so the head can access the data more quickly  ;)

Though I do have 8GB of nanFlash cache :)

It should have 64MB xD
