Christmas Battlestation Update, Micro Monsta

Jacktastic-Mofo

Hey guys, I just wanted to show you my super kick-ass battlestation after I got all my stuff for Christmas. Next thing to come is gonna be another one of these awesome LG monitors.

An overview

This is my setup, featuring a lot of really cool tech.

The main zone

This is where the magic happens, I have my Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Speakers, and Mic. The monitor is an LG 24MB35D 1080p, IPS, 60Hz monitor- perfect for the gaming, web surfing and video production I do. Actually picking a second one up with some Christmas cash. :)

The microphone setup

The microphone consists of a newwer boom arm with shock mount, a Pyle Pro microphone, and a DragonPad pop filter. This was a gift from my lovely gf.

The keyboard

Here we have my true love, and the thing I touch the most- it is a Corsair Gaming K70 with Cherry MX RED key switches and blue back lighting, sadly not RGB.

The mouse

Here we have my right hands best friend, my Corsair Gaming M65 RGB with Omeron switches and all the weights installed. If you're looking for a ~$60 mouse I'd have to say definitely get this one. it's so well build and tracks so well, I absolutely love it. Also the mousepad is the Corsair Gaming MM200 Extended Edition mousepad.

The headphones

This thing was a steal, I got it for like $40 one day and I absolutely love it- it's the Audiotechnica ATH-M30X's and they are absolutely outstanding- their incredibly crisp and clear with solid but not overpowering bass, very clear mids, and clean highs that do not sound tinny what so ever. I use these for both gaming and media production and recommend them highly. :)

Mobile stuff

Here I my LG G3 with a quick circle case and LG G watch- I love them both and although I've only had the G watch for a few days now I can say that it's incredibly useful and I find myself not going to my pocket to take out my phone so often saving me quite a bit of time when multitasking.

The monsta

This... this is my baby. I've put a lot of money, blood, sweat, and tears into this thing. It features an i5-4690k clocked at 4.8Ghz on a Gigabyte Z97MX-Gaming 5 motherboard with 16GB's of Corsair Vengeance Low Profile DDR3 RAM. It also has dual Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 960's in SLI being powered by a Corsair RM750i 80+ Gold power supply. All of this is housed inside a Corsair 350D case with a high airflow front panel.

Other stuff

Just a collection of other nick nacks I have around my room, including from left to right, a PS2, Xbox 360 (going to be turned into PC), some gifts from gf, Coca Cola battery bank, Coca Cola Selfie Stick, Fallout Anthology Mini Nuke, and Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Mug.

The woofa

Here is my subwoofer to my Logitech Z506 5.1 surround sound speaker setup. Damn does this thing kick and for only ~$60 this is a great speaker setup, their incredibly clear even at high volumes and the surround sound is just badass.

If your going for aesthetics, then I'd move some of those boxes under the desk, and put up some posters. But either way nice setup, I've got the same mouse and I love it.

I actually just ordered a few prints from Jakub Rozalski and some of my own Apple posters.
