Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-UP4 max fan header wattage

I am wondering what would be the max fan header watt be for this motherboard, I am having a very hard time finding info about it and I would want to be able to run two powerful fans, two Noctua NF12 3000RPM Industrial fans off of the cpu fan header at full speed. I would just hook up one to a system fan header but none of them are PWM and being able to control the fans is a must for me. Before anyone suggests a fan controller, my case doesn't have a 5.25 slot and I don't feel like spending $50 for internal one. If no one can find any information I will just buy a fan hub and power it via sata and have the motherboard be able to control it but I rather save about $20 since I would need some extension cables.

Most fan headers are rated at a max of 1Amp total but it's a good rule of thumb to not exceed 3-4 fans per header, however if your running PWM fans you can have splitters if you need more connections that take power from the PSU directly and only use the header as a PWM signal and RPM line.

That is exactly what I was going to get but I would need extensions in order for it to reach to where I would want to place it, I am very picky about my cable management. Do you know of any cheap sleeved ones that I could get? I would only need 2 I was thinking about getting a pack of Notcua ones but that is about $6 and I would prefer to save the most money possible.

If your just running two fans on a single header you can get a simple 4 pin PWM splitter to have it power off the header without any issues:

I already have a splitter, the one that came with my cpu cooler. I would need two extension cable for the fans, I already have one and one for the fan hub, in order for everything to be the way I want, I would have to route that cables through the top of my Define S, all the way into the hdd bay space where I would mount the fan hub and I would need a extension for that for it to reach my cpu fan header. Also I just found out via Noctua's website that they use a max of .3amps each so that is only .6 amps total so I am just going to use a spittler, no idea why I didn't do that before making a topic here.
