CPU BUS OC problem

Go to solution Solved by ViperGTX88,

FIXED: The problem was Hyper-V indeed. I am hoping that in windows 8.1 final this problem will get fixed.

Hey LTT Forum, I need your help again. My CPU bus speed is no longer able to go more then 101.0. I was able to before overclock my bus to 103 with the same exact settings that i am using in bios. When i stress test and use CPUID to check the overclock that i am getting, the bus seem to not wanna go high then 101 anymore. Is my CPU starting to die? I tried to Google this problem but, was unable to find a solution so i am posting it hear.

Bios settings:

LoadLine: Enabled

CPU current capability: 140%

CPU multiplier: x46

Bus is set to 103 but it is running at 101.

CPU Temps @ load go to 74 max.

Your CPU is not dying. Well...Technically it's slowly dying as it's being used.
