My budget is USD1,400. All parts listed below have been converted to USD from the market price here at my hometown.

 

Games I wanna play it with are roughly Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Thief, Shadow of Mordor @ 1080p and probably 1440p in the near future.

Though you might want to get a AiO, not cause the V8 is bad just looks cooler imo
