Black Ops 3 issues

So for the past few days when I try to play Black ops 3, the only thing the game allows me to do is play local co-op (splitscreen)

 

My internet is fine, when I play GTA V, Rocket league, etc, nothing ever happens, I don't get kicked, lag, or anything of the sort.

 

No matter what I do, spam click it, restart my computer, etc it does nothing. Maybe should I uninstall it and reinstall it?

Is the game set to automatically update? If its out of date (aka not the latest version) it may not let you play online. Might also be worth a try verifying the game cache.
