Give us a budget (currency would be appreciated) and we might be able to give you a good 1080p build.

950 reks 960m. Get the desktop. That laptop would cost you the equivalent of a desktop with far, far more than a 950.

This build has a good overclockable CPU and a great GPU, much better than both the 960M and 950. Let me know if some parts aren't available or the pricing is different in Turkey.

Is i7 4720hq give more performance than i5 4560 in games?

In games the difference won't be large but when you need the extra CPU power you will notice a big difference

I had to downgrade some parts because your build would have gone out of the budget. The total for this new one is 3574 TL, which I hope you're fine with. You can still overclock the CPU and the 380 has one of the best aftermarket coolers out there. I've only used Turkish websites so I hope it works out for you.

The power supply is not really that good so I would swap that out. If you don't want to overclock then the CPU you picked is fine. I would still upgrade the GPU to a 380 because it has way more performance.

Sapphire coolers are top of the line in the GPU industry. The Vapor-X coolers are unmatched.

The best one I could find was this one: http://www.vatanbilgisayar.com/corsair-builder-vs-serisi-80plus-650w-guc-kaynagi.html?srt=UP

It's not the worst PSU but not the best either. It will be okay for your build.

I think 650w is exaggeration. 550w or 600w is fine. Isnt it?

You don't want to cheap out on your PSU. All the other PSUs in that store are absolute garbage. You get a bad PSU and it can end up bricking up your computer. Play it safe.
