I got a friend who wants to play cs:go above 60 fps. I don't know if I should tell him to go with an apu, Intel CPU w/integrated graphics, or a CPU with a separate graphics card.

Maybe an AMD APU build. I know it will run CS GO at a playable 120 fps. At the "Pro" Resolution 1280 x 960. With pro settings shaders to low and such
