Frequent connection dropouts

So recently this has got to the point where I want it fixed, or rather need it fixing... Anyway, every so often (I'd say at least once an hour every day) my connection will just drop out (no Internet access, but still connected to my router) and almost all the time can fix it through Windows Troubleshooter (hey, it's good for something I guess). Sometimes it will reset the Local Network Adapter, fix a problem with the network gateway or something along those lines, or sometimes it will just come back on its own accord.

Few example of System events in Windows Event Viewer:

EventID: 1006 "The client was unable to validate the following as active DNS server(s) that can service this client...." - Using default DNS server (also tried using Google's DNS server, same problem occurs)

EventID: 1012 "There was an error attempting to read the local host file" (host file is present)

I am using powerline adapters (TP-LINK AV500), so it's possible they are the issue, and also have another problem with my motherboard - so that could be it. Bare in mind it's only this system that will lose Internet access, everything else works fine at the time of this system's connection going bye bye

All drivers are installed and have been reinstalled etc. No problem with other devices

Windows Troubleshooter (hey, it's good for something I guess).

It saved my ass when I installed a fresh copy of windows 7 and the hotkeys stop working therefore no wifi...

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
