Transferring data from an SSD to a RAID 0 Array

I will be adding a second SSD to my system and configuring a RAID 0 array and I was wondering what software would work best for transferring data to an external drive so I can move it all back onto the SSD array when it's finished installing Windows. I don't really care about the games themselves being moved over and I keep important documents on a different drive but I have shortcuts and save games on there. Thanks

It's SSD, it'll be quick.
