So basically I ordered 4 sickleflow 120s and they look awesome, but when I went to install them, the screws they gave me are no use because they are only like 1/4 inch long? Was I supposed to have ordered seperate screws as well?

The screws that come with fans are self tapping screws that go through the case and cut threads into the plastic of the fan itself, depending on your mounting situation or case those may not work.

Yes, I realize they are self tapping. I did look around some more and I realize its only a situation in the front of my case, the holes are WAY to small, Im just going to drill them out a bit more and do it that way. Thank you for the help.

Check the hardware that came with your case it sounds like the holes are tapped for a certain size in your case and it should come with that hardware out of the box.
