So I want to find my max stable oc

On my 980tis

Is it safe to but the power limit on 110

And voltage 87

Then just keep bumping the clock until it fails ? And then just ease it back a few MHz ?

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz-

asus rog crosshairs vi hero x370-

MSI 980ti G6 1506mhz slix2 -

h110 pull - acer xb270hu 1440p -

 corsair 750D - corsair 16gb 2933
