I doubt that if professionals cannot determine the source of the problem, people in a tech forum can. Also seeking medical advice on the internet is probably the worst thing one can do.

 

Depends on how one takes the advice. I just wanted to talk to others to see if they had similar experiences.

I don't think it is Asthma.

Does breathing through your mouth help, or do you have problems with both mouth and nose?

Hey guys I've always had problems breathing and it would happen mostly during night.

I've visited the doctors and got checked for asthma, but their puffers didn't help. I'm in shape as well.

Anyone know what it could be?

my father has sleep apnea, from what he has told me, the symptoms you described match it pretty well.
