New CPU, and computer will not boot.

Make sure the CPU is seated properly in the socket, if that does not work try a BIOS reset. I assume you might have had an overclock set on your Pentium so that needs to be reset. Also like the second post said your CPU could be DOA.

Hello, I just upgraded my pentium g3258 to and i5 4590, and my PC turns on, but will not show onscreen. I am using the integrated graphics just for today until my gpu come in. Any solutions?

Try running it with a gpu?

Also your cpu might be dead.
