Upgrading from 7 to 10 with redirected users folder

When my rig gets up & running again I'm thinking of taking the plunge & upgrading it to 10. However, I have it setup so that windows itself is installed on an ssd & my users folder is located on a secondary raid-1 hdd array (along with a bunch of games installed there). I've been looking around but I can't seem to find a concrete answer as to whether or not the update will break everything. Does anyone have a similar setup that has upgraded?
