21.5" and 19.5" monitors

Hi all

 

Im currently running on a 19.5" monitor, Aspect Ratio 16:9, Native Res. 1600x900, Cont. Ratio 1000:1 (Edge10 ES195c, yeh, pretty basic)

 

If I was to buy a BenQ GW2270H 21.5" Monitor (1920x1080 Native Res. , Aspect Ratio 16:9, Cont. Ratio 3000:1), would they work together or would the max. Res. be messed up?

They can be made to work together, each displaying their own native resolution.

Depends on the gpu in your system

If you can plug them both in then thats 95% of the probelm solved. Windows has one of the best native multi monitor support of any OS I've ever used.
And yes, they will both be at native, UNLESS you set them to mirror or clone or "same" mode.
