choosing between 3 good mobos

Looking to upgrade to z170 and I need Thunderbolt:

What do you think of these three?

1. Gigabyte z170x Ud5 TH

2. Gigabyte z170x Gaming G1

3. Asus Maximus VIII Extreme

The UD5 has two Thunderbolt ports though it doesn't seem as popular as the other two. The Asus has HDMI 1.4...Might be leaning towards the Gaming G1. Make me spend!

I wonder why Asus went with hdmi 1.4...for a flagship product this seems kinda unfinished.

Most Definitely the ASUS

Current Build: Core i7 4790k @ 4.6, Asus Maximus VII Hero, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400mhz 8gb (2x4gb), GTX 980ti, NZXT Kraken X61, Fractal Define R5  EVGA Supernova B2 850w, Some 300gb hard drive.
