Help! Laptop Bios

Well about a month ago my laptop's screen died so I've decided to remove the lcd panel and just use the laptop with an external monitor trough vga.

Now I need to restore windows 7 but I can't see the Recovery utility or even the bios with the external monitor, I've tried to do FN f4 but it doesn't work and when i try to log on on the bios I'm stuck with a black screen no signal error (I've tried also with hdmi but nothing...).

 

If anyone know how I can fix this please help !

ati radeon hd 5470 512mb

4 gb ram 

windows 7 home premium 64 bit

Rig: i7 4770k, R9 290 tri-x, 16gb Corsair Vengeance, Asus Z97 PRO, Corsair RM750, Carbide 300r, Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo, 120Gb samsung 840 evo, 2tb WD green
