if you are gold nova you shouldn't play comp at all, you need to improve your skills not play more mm.

you can get to dmg by just pure aim training.

i was ak 1 but i deranked cause some shit people that dont know how to play and i ranked to ak1 by solo que om my own no boosting

Watch some videos about smoke strats etc. That helps alot. Also try some aim training on a server or offline map.
